It never really closed –
but from 1 May, Cafe Strom will be relaunching.

The first two weeks of May:
Fixed opening days Thu, Fri, Sat: from 17:00 – 02:00 (or later).
The new team behind the bar will have a chance to get into the swing of things, and further spatial relaunches will be trialled in the venue.

!!!From mid-May, the Strom will be open again from Tue to Sat from 17:00!!!
Tue & Wed still in early-evening mode, means 17:00 - 22:00 h.
Thu, Fri, Sat remain: 17:00 – 02:00 (or later).

In June we’ll continue with more new staff, longer opening hours and the Länden-Strom co-op programme. Lunch at the Strom remains, and we’re delighted to be stepping up our collaboration with tamu sana.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff who are soon to leave and extend a particularly warm welcome to the new members of the team!!

1 May re-launching day double Feature: Café Strom & FILM!:

17:00 Café Strom DOORS OPEN:
After a month of irregular opening hours, Café Strom is back to relaunch.

18:00 Film reception

19:00 Film screening “Herzblutwiese Stadtwerkstatt”:
The film about “the STWST from a feminist perspective” premiered at Crossing Europe the day before – and on 1 May there’ll be this screening plus a film party at the venue itself, the STWST! Especially for invited guests, the AEC neighbourhood, and for other guests – ticket reservations are mandatory for this screening.
