**Social Sleep**
**Szenische Lesung, Schlafperformance**

Im Winter 2017 hat die Stadtwerkstatt im größeren Kontext des Projekts //Die STWST als öffentlicher Raum// die Öffentlichkeitsbereiche des Hauses zur zirkulierenden Recherchezone erklärt: KünstlerInnen und WissenschafterInnen haben die Performativität des Ortes untersucht. Am frühen Abend  werden im Cafe Strom Textauszüge aus diesem Projekt gelesen. Quasi konträr zur nächtlichen Ausgehzone wird parallel ein Sleep Dance performt. 

Die gelesene Textmontage ist ein Teil eines längerfristig angelegten Projektes aus dem Gesamtkontext von //Die Stadtwerkstatt als öffentlicher Raum//. Das größere Textkonzept wurde in fünf Kapiteln angelegt: Fortgehen - Territorium - Schlaf - Menschlichkeit - Kritik 
Bei "Social Sleep" wird das erste Kapitel „Fortgehen“ gelesen und performt.
