Create your Residency-Lab and describe your it in a short and understandable way.  Add also a "cover image" to your Lab!
Document your activities, events, thoughts, etc by posting Lab-Stories belonging to your Lab!

2. --- Create Lab-Stories
     Add LabStories to your recently created Lab!
Also Use the Lab-Story to add images with ADD Gallery.
In the case you are planing an event add a date. ADD Event.
